They say self awareness is the key to happiness. Well, I know this much about myself: I am the kind of person who can’t resist baby-animal videos.

This recent footage of a young grizzly bear somersaulting down a hillside—shot last weekend in Denali National Park—pretty much made my morning.

“You guys are seeing something that I’ve never seen before,” a tour leader is heard saying to the group.

Luckily, now we all get to watch.
