Wolfie’s Carousel Bar, the unique, design-driven Parisian-inspired eatery located in San Diego’s Little Italy neighborhood, is an icon—a living piece of art at the intersection of engineering, art school, and hospitality with an antiqued carousel-turned-bar as its centerpiece. The 2,500-square-foot space was built by hand and exudes design prowess that extends far past its moving focal point. Helmed by Executive Chef Rez Guzman, the menu features French-bistro classics, such as oysters Rockefeller, wagyu tartare, escargot, and steak frites, alongside a list of classic cocktail iterations, from riffs on the French 75 to the Sazerac.
