The Vara Vinoteca, which opened in the fall of 2022, is located just steps away from the historic Santa Fe Plaza in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Housed in an adobe-style building, the Vinoteca serves Vara’s still and sparkling wines, crafted by renowned winemakers Bob Lindquist, Louisa Sawyer Lindquist and Laurent Gruet. Guests can also enjoy the Vara spirits in signature craft cocktails alongside a selection of delicious tapas. Albuquerque-based Vara Winery & Distillery at once embraces and defies tradition in its bottlings and is now bringing that ethos to life at the Vara Vinoteca.

Pricing:

Vara’s lineup of wines is available by the glass ($9-$16) or by the flight ($14-$18). Spirits are available straight ($9-$13), in flights ($14) or in a wide variety of signature and seasonal cocktails ($10-$16). Tapas range from $5 to $19.
