Snake River Roasting Co. (SRRC), a Jackson Hole-based specialty coffee roasting company, seeks to share the adventure, dynamism and inspiring beauty of the area’s iconic river and world-renowned Teton Mountain Range with coffee lovers near and far.

Mekki Jaidi acquired Snake River Roasting Co. in 2022 and opened the company’s first-ever café in Jackson’s iconic Town Square.

Snake River Roasting Co. takes a distinctive approach in specialty coffee, crafting varieties for every preference, from bold French roasts to lighter blends. The café’s menu incorporates the company’s 24 specialty coffee roasts in lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, cortados, espresso, Americanos and more.

Favorite food menu items, prepared by Provisions, include Game Chili, Moroccan Short Rib, Carnitas Pork Belly Panini, Breakfast Burrito, OG Bison Sausage Sandwich, Grilled Cheese, Smoked Salmon Moroccan Crepe and a plethora of pastries and desserts.
