Rooted in the land and rich history of the area, Hotel Jerome’s Prospect offers an epicurean journey through its local terroir of the Roaring Fork Valley, from the mountains to the rivers, pastures and ranches alongside the agriculturally rich flatlands. The journey consists of a thoughtfully selected progression of bites, dishes and shareable courses that, together, tell the story of the surrounding land and offer an unparalleled sense of place. The restaurant cuisine is focused on the bounty and diversity of microclimates surrounding the town of Aspen. In addition, an optional Colorado beverage pairing is available which further tells the story of the land. The menu features a collection of four or seven expressions, the Taste of the Land Menu and the Journey Menu.
