Port Angeles Wharf
Flanked along Port Angeles’ seafront, the Port Angeles Wharf is filled with shops, restaurants, bars and even a local ice creamery called Welly’s where the fruit for their ice cream comes from local Washington farms. Watch the ferry to Victoria, B.C. roll in (or out) over a latte made with locally roasted coffee then entertain yourself with an old school game of Pac-Man at the arcade. Stroll for surf-immersed art at the Todd Fischer gallery and then ogle at orcas along the connected pier, part of Washington’s Whale Trail. But for a sure thing sighting, book a whale watching tour.
