Newberg, Oregon
Newberg is a charming, up-and-coming Oregon wine country town. As the northern gateway to the Willamette Valley, Newberg is home to Oregon Pinot Noir pioneers with bucolic estate vineyards and walkable downtown tasting rooms alike. Newberg’s charming downtown is dotted with owner-operated restaurants, cafés, galleries, and shops, as well as the Chehalem Cultural Center, George Fox University, and the Hoover-Minthorn House, the only presidential site in Oregon. Newberg’s peaceful, picturesque surroundings can be enjoyed on the golf course, through vineyard tours, river paddles on the Willamette Water Trail, hikes, cycling tours, scenic drives, or on hot air balloon rides.
