Caldo Verde, from the James Beard Award-winning team of chef Suzanne Goin and Restaurateur Caroline Styne, is a deeply personal expression of the duo’s connectivity to Los Angeles. Caldo Verde is the flagship restaurant of the Downtown L.A. Proper Hotel, a restored landmark Renaissance Revival building from which Goin and Styne drew inspiration to showcase a distinctive concept that is at once rustic and sophisticated.
