Brasserie B by Bobby Flay at Caesars Palace follows the tremendous success of Amalfi by Bobby Flay and offers an intersection of French cuisine and Flay’s creative touches. The dining room, which seats 175 people in the main area and 20 people at the L-shaped bar, transports guests from the heart of the Las Vegas Strip to a timeless brasserie in Paris. Open for brunch, lunch and dinner, the restaurant features a variety of grilled proteins served with house-made French fries, such as Lobster avec Frites and Ribeye Piquant avec Frites. The brunch menu showcases Flay’s take on popular dishes, like Eggs Royale—a variation of eggs benedict, Omelette Basquaise and Pain Perdu.
