Through a set of swinging doors in the 1880 Union Hotel, you’ll find The Wine Saloon, which reopened in 2014 after a major renovation with help from celebrity residents Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell. The Saloon is the rootin-est, tooten-est place you're ever likely to see an A-list celebrity. Kurt Russell's own GoGi Wines are served, as are wines on the Hudson-Bellamy label, owned by actress Kate Hudson and Muse lead singer Matt Bellamy.
