Before spring 2012 renovations, the Seattle Center food court was a ho-hum mishmash of national chains. Now it has a new name, Seattle Center Armory (the building originally stored artillery), plus 14 vendors that serve as a mini tour of local favorites: blue cheese and bacon-jam burgers from Skillet Counter, BBQ sandwiches from Bigfood, and vegan pastas from Plum Pantry. We’re also hooked on the wood-fired Montreal-style bagels from Eltana.
