The name says it all at this neighborhood cafe, where most sandwiches can be turned into a salad simply by swapping the bread for a bowl. We love the Park Kitchen, thinly sliced flank steak, crisp pickled onions, chunky blue cheese mayo, and lettuce on carrot bread.
