The deck of Little Water Cantina, in Eastlake, has one of the best views in the city, from Gas Works Park to the houseboats on Lake Union. But the restaurant also has great Mexican food: fresh tortilla chips, guacamole, and the Wagyu skirt carne asada. Save room for the churro ice cream sandwich with housemade horchata ice cream.
