Syrah king Gary Eberle’s east-side winery has 16,000 square feet of caves and a sweeping view. If you're here, you'll probably already feel pretty lucky, but up the ante by giving a rub to the nose of the boar statue in the tasting room. ("Eberle" means "little boar," in German.)
