Strawberries with Orange Dip

 8 ounces room-temperature cream cheese
 1/2 cup powdered sugar
 2 teaspoons shredded orange peel
 1/3 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice
 1 teaspoon vanilla
 3 quarts strawberries

In a small bowl, with a mixer on low speed, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Beat in orange peel, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and vanilla until well blended. Spoon into a small bowl. Rinse strawberries and place in a large bowl; serve with orange dip.
