Pumpkin Spice Frappé
This recipe comes from the book, Feel Good Smoothies, where author Sandra Wu writes, “Everyone has a soft spot for pumpkin spice. Comforting and sweet, it makes us think of cozy winter days. This smoothie hits all the right notes that a pumpkin pie does, just with the added bonus of it being healthy-ish!” Find more recipes and tips from Wu here.
