How to Make It

Place the almond milk, pumpkin purée, banana, pepitas, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a blender. Start the blender on low speed and slowly increase to high speed. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Ingredients

 1 cup plain unsweetened almond milk
 ½ cup canned pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling), chilled
 ½ cup frozen banana slices
 ¼ cup unsalted pepitas, toasted and cooled completely
 1 tbsp maple syrup
 ¼ tsp cinnamon
  tsp ground nutmeg
 pinch of sea salt
