A slightly smoky spin on the classic Manhattan.
How to Make It

Combine mezcal, Cynar, sweet vermouth, and bitters in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir 20 times, then strain into a Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with cherry and serve.
Ingredients
1 ½ oz mezcal
1 ½ oz Cynar
½ oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes chocolate bitters
1 Luxardo cherry
