Mango Sorbet with Litchis and Raspberries
How to Make It

Place 1 or 2 scoops (about 1/2 cup total) of sorbet in each of four bowls or wineglasses. Garnish each serving with 3 or 4 litchis and 3 or 4 rinsed raspberries.

About 2 cups mango or pineapple sorbet
12 to 16 drained chilled canned litchis
12 to 16 fresh raspberries
