Karpouzi, the ultra-refreshing Greek watermelon salad, is reinterpreted as a cocktail spiked with warm-weather botanicals by way of fennel liquor and crème de violette.

How to Make It

1

In a cocktail shaker, add ice along with vodka, watermelon juice, lemon juice, and fennel liqueur. Shake and pour into a collins glass.

2

Using a jigger, pour the crème de violette directly into the center of the drink so it sinks to the bottom.

3

Garnish with a lemon wedge resting on the rim of the glass. Serve with a straw.
