A little blueberry jam goes a long way in this delicately flavored sugar glaze from San Francisco cook and blogger Kristina Cho. “I like the rustic feel of seeing blueberry skins in the glaze, plus I love the pale lavender color it creates,” says Cho. Try it on Ultimate Shortbread Cookies and top with edible flower petals.

In a medium bowl, combine powdered sugar and a pinch of salt. Add milk and whisk until combined. Add blueberry jam and whisk again until combined.
