What began as a weekend gig cooking Korean BBQ led to food festivals, catering jobs, and a spot on The Great Food Truck Race. Even though the Seoul Sausage Co. crew didn’t own a truck before the show, they took home the prize as construction finished on their brick-and-mortar location in fall 2012. There’s scant seating, so expect to stand for kalbi sausage or their version of poutine, with fries and Korean short ribs braised for eight hours.
